What are the shipping charges?

Free shipping all over India.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 12 to 24 hours to process it for delivery. Once your order is processed, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take 07-08 days.

What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered?

We suggest you to not receive any open or tampered packet and inform us immediately on support@tintedbasics.com

In case you receive the open or tampered package, you need to share the images of outer package and video at the time of opening the packet on support@tintedbasics.com within 24 hours. After 24 hours of the attempted delivery, will not be considered.

What should be done if my order marked delivered but didn’t receive it?

We request you to share the screenshot of message you received on support@tintedbasics.com within 24 hours.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can drop an email to cancel your order within 12 hrs. Of placing an order. Cancelation will not be considered if your order has been processed.

You can cancel your order on your end, you have access to cancel the order till than your order is not processed.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same account through the payment was made.

What are the term and conditions for refund & exchange?

We have 15 days return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  3. The product is returned in original condition.
  4. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  5. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  7. You are responsible for verifying the product handed over to delivery personnel therefore you make sure the packing while handed over the product.
  8. If we receive any mismatch and damage at the time of inspection you’re not eligible for refund and exchange. In such cases you need to share us valid proof i.e. video or images at the time of handed over the product to delivery personnel.
  9. Ask the courier partner for the receipt of receiving the product and keep the receipt until you didn't get the email of receiving your product at our warehouse. 

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 24 hrs. From the delivery of the product.

What is the Refund Policy?

  1. Refund will be initiated when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we’ll notify you when the product receive at our warehouse.
  2. For prepaid orders refund will be initiated on the same payment account.
  3. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) within 07-08 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods. You have to share your accounts details on support@tintedbasics.com with your order number.
  4. Return charges are non-refundable, which is Rs70/-
  5. You won’t be charge return charges In case your pin code area is not serviceable for pickup, you need to self-ship to be return through any reliable courier with all the details of order ID, name in the package.
  6. COD charges are non-refundable, which is Rs60/- 

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your Tinted account should match with the name of the bank account holder. If you don’t have same account, then coupon code will be issued of your refund amount.

What is the Exchange policy?

  1. Exchange product will be shipped when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we’ll notify you for the same.
  2. Exchange product should be the same value or higher value of your returned product.
  3. In case your pin code area is not serviceable for pickup, you will have to self-ship to return the product with all the details of order ID, name in the package.
